What are these used for?

Our whimsical sheds are mainly used as garden sheds, greenhouses, or saunas. However, our unique sheds have been customized as she-sheds, bunkhouses, saunas, playhouses, outhouses, bus stops, chicken coops, fairy houses, and potting sheds— just to name a few.

Can I use some of my materials?

Absolutely! We love incorporating stained glass windows, heirloom materials, or other sentimental pieces into our builds whenever possible. If you have a special material you'd like us to use, let us know—we’ll do our best to integrate it seamlessly into your custom structure. Every build tells a story, and we’d love to make yours even more personal! ✨🏡💛

What is included in the base price?

Our base price includes:

What’s the best size for me?

A 5x6 is the most common size for everything except outhouses or bunkhouses.

How hard is it to transport? 

Our buildings are tall, heavy, and uniquely crafted, requiring careful transportation. You have two options for receiving your structure:

1️⃣ Pickup at Our Location: You’re welcome to pick up your building at our home business. We’ll assist with loading to ensure it’s secure for transport.

2️⃣ Nationwide Delivery: We offer delivery across the United States, with costs based on mileage, load size, and securing requirements. The average delivery fee within Minnesota is $750, but pricing will vary depending on location and logistics.

Do you build on-site? 

Yes! Any building over 6 feet wide must be built on-site due to transportation restrictions. For reference, an 8-foot-wide building stands approximately 16 feet tall and a 10-foot-wide building exceeds 20 feet in height

State and interstate regulations limit transport height to 13'6" from road to peak, making on-site construction necessary for larger structures.

Do I need to build a base for it?

You don’t need to spend any money on prepping your yard. Most are leveled using paving stones.

Do I need to paint or stain my building?

Any wooden structure will fade due to weather. All of our buildings come prepared with UV protection sealant.

What materials are used?

The bases are always made using green-treated lumber and we use pine siding, cedar siding or reclaimed barnwood siding. We also use vintage stained glass windows, corrugated steel shingles, Cedar Shakes, and handcrafted custom doors.

How long will it last?

We take great pride in our work and use screws to fasten everything, these buildings will last a lifetime when properly cared for.

What are the amenity options I can get?
